Andrew Price

Andrew Price leads regulated market infrastructure for tokenised and traditional assets across the Payward group. He is a Director of Backed Assets (JE) Limited, the Jersey issuer behind xStocks, which spans 800+ tokenised equities backed one-for-one by the underlying security with over $40bn in cumulative trading volume. He is also CEO of Crypto Facilities Ltd., Kraken's FCA-authorised MTF, where crypto and non-crypto derivatives are listed. He was previously CEO of Zodia Markets Jersey, built Revolut's global authorisations function across 40+ jurisdictions, and spent five years at the FCA.
