Patrick Elyas

Patrick Elyas is Partner and President of Pharsalus Capital, a digital asset investment firm based in New York. He was previously VP of International & Corporate Operations at Circle, the issuer of USDC, where he led global expansion and regulatory strategy. Before Circle, he led international market expansion at Coinbase, and held roles at Snap, Coatue, and McKinsey earlier in his career. Patrick is based between London and New York.
